- I am retired and 'though able, at last, to do more or less what I wish, I feel I am wasting the few years of life left to me. that is the reason for starting this Blog, so that I might communicate with other humans with perhaps similar interests or perhaps opposing interests. I'm 80 years old but still a child at heart.

Mick you have got this very wrong, These little bikes are for anyone who enjoys riding, some, indeed a lot are quite young, others like myself are young at heart, while the bikes themselves have really big hearts, I know of quite a few riders who use these as their prefired motorcycle even though they own much bigger and modern motorycles. I could go on about the very long rides made on these like Austria in Winter and a tour of Spain this August I will however tell you that mine will do at least 120 miles to a Gallon and give the rider superb comfort.
I will come over for a Blog lesson sometime on a Stepthrough and you can try it out.
